Sleeper Connect

Make one system
AI-ready.

Sleeper Connect gives approved AI tools secure, controlled access to an existing business system — without requiring you to replace the software.

Managed MCP-compatible connectivity for business systems.

The situation

You have one system holding the answers. AI cannot reach it.

Your team already uses AI tools. Those tools cannot see your order history, your job records, your inventory or your customer data — so people copy information into a chat window by hand, or they do not use AI for the work that matters. Sleeper Connect closes that gap for one system, under your control, without touching the underlying software.

Approved AI tools
The assistants and agents your business already permits
SLEEPER CONNECT
Managed gateway · Authentication · Permissions · Defined actions · Logging
Your existing business system
Unchanged, and still the system of record
What we deliver

The business layer around the connection.

The protocol is the easy part. What takes engineering judgement is deciding which actions an AI tool should be able to take against a production business system, and making sure it can never take the others.

System integration
Connecting to your system through what it actually exposes.
Tool and action design
Defining the specific reads and writes AI is permitted to perform.
Authentication
Standard API key, API token or OAuth patterns, configured properly.
Access permissions
Scoped so an AI tool sees only what it is supposed to see.
Logging
A record of what was requested, what was returned and what was changed.
Testing and validation
Verified against real conditions before anything is switched on.
Hosting and monitoring
The endpoint is run and watched, not handed to you as a project file.
Maintenance
Kept working as your system and the AI tools around it change.
Commercial terms

$750 per month.
$5,000 standard deployment.

Annual commitment. One system, one managed endpoint, up to ten approved tools and actions.

Sleeper Connect
One existing business system that approved AI tools need controlled access to.
$750
per month, billed annually
Initial deployment $5,000 standard
  • 1 business system
  • 1 managed MCP-compatible endpoint
  • Up to 10 approved tools and actions
  • Standard API, API-key or OAuth authentication
  • Approved read and write operations
  • Logging and testing
  • Hosting, monitoring and maintenance
  • Standard support

Complex legacy systems, systems without documented APIs, direct database access, unusual networking, on-premise environments, regulated architectures and nonstandard authentication may require paid discovery and custom deployment pricing. We tell you which category you are in before you commit.

Where the line is

Sleeper Connect or Mesh?

Sleeper Connect makes one system reachable. Mesh makes many systems work together. If the workflow you care about touches more than one system, Sleeper Connect is not the right purchase.

Dimension
Sleeper Connect
Mesh
Scope
One business system
Multiple systems across the business
What it enables
Controlled AI access to that system’s data and actions
Cross-system workflows, agents and orchestration
Context
Scoped to the connected system
Operational context and memory across systems
Governance
Authentication, permissions and logging
Identity, roles, policy checks, approval routing and full audit
Human approval
Not an approval workflow
Human authority built into the workflow
Growth path
Stays a single connection
Expands from workflow to department to enterprise
Commercial
$750 / month, $5,000 deployment
From $2,500 / month, deployment from $10,000
What Sleeper Connect is not

Deliberately bounded.

Being clear about the limits is what keeps the price honest.

Not multi-system
It connects one system. Orchestration across systems is Mesh.
Not unlimited development
Up to ten approved tools and actions, defined in scope.
Not a Mesh substitute
It is an entry point, not a cheaper enterprise operating layer.
Not unlimited workflows
It provides access. It does not run your workflows for you.
Technical detail

Powered by Model Context Protocol.

Model Context Protocol provides a standardised way for compatible AI systems to discover and use approved tools and data. It is an open interface, and on its own it is not a product — it defines how a capable AI tool asks for something, not what your business should allow it to ask for.

Sleeper Agents builds and operates the business-specific layer around it: integration with your system, the design of each tool and action, authentication, access permissions, the approved read and write operations, logging, deployment, validation, monitoring and ongoing maintenance. You get a managed connection with defined boundaries — not a protocol implementation to run yourself.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers.

What is Sleeper Connect?2026-09-01T18:14:19+00:00

Sleeper Connect makes one existing business system AI-ready. It gives approved AI tools secure, controlled access to that system’s data and actions through a managed gateway, without requiring you to replace the underlying software.

What is Model Context Protocol, and why does it matter here?2026-09-01T18:14:20+00:00

Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets compatible AI systems discover and use approved tools and data. On its own it is an interface, not a product: it defines how a capable AI tool asks for something, not what your business should allow it to ask for. Sleeper Agents builds and operates the business-specific layer around it.

What does Sleeper Connect cost?2026-09-03T22:43:44+00:00

$750 per month with a $5,000 standard deployment and an annual commitment. That covers one business system, one managed endpoint, up to ten approved tools and actions, standard authentication, logging, hosting, monitoring and maintenance.

Which systems can you connect?2026-09-01T18:14:20+00:00

Any system that exposes a documented API, a database or a defined file interface can usually be connected under the standard offer. Complex legacy systems, undocumented APIs, direct database access, on-premise environments and nonstandard authentication may require paid discovery and custom deployment pricing. We tell you which category you are in before you commit.

When should we buy Mesh instead?2026-09-01T18:14:20+00:00

As soon as the workflow you care about touches more than one system. Sleeper Connect makes a single system reachable; it does not orchestrate work between systems, run workflows or route approvals. If the problem spans your ERP and your accounting platform, Sleeper Connect will not solve it.

Is this a security risk?2026-09-01T18:14:21+00:00

Access is deliberately bounded. You define which reads and writes are permitted, authentication follows standard API-key or OAuth patterns, permissions are scoped so an AI tool sees only what it should, and every request and change is logged.

Need AI to work between multiple systems?

If the workflow crosses your ERP, your CRM and your accounting system, one connection will not solve it. That is what Mesh is for.
