How it works

From first conversation
to measured result.

There is no procurement maze and no twelve-month transformation programme. We identify one workflow, agree what success means, deploy narrowly, and measure it against where you started.

The six steps

How you buy Mesh.

01
Fit conversation
You describe a workflow where people move between systems. We establish the business problem behind it and whether Mesh, Sleeper Connect, an existing product or nothing at all is the right answer. No cost, no obligation.
02
Discovery
We map the systems involved, what each one exposes, who holds access, the permissions required, the security review you need, and the economics of the workflow as it runs today.
03
Scope and ROI
We define exactly what will be deployed, the metric that determines whether it worked, the baseline we will measure against, and the commercial tier that matches the scope.
04
Deploy
We connect the systems, configure permissions and governance, build and validate the workflow, and launch it into production against the agreed scope.
05
Measure
We compare the result to the baseline captured in week one. If it did not move the metric, that is the finding, and we say so.
06
Expand
Where it worked, we extend: adjacent workflows, then the department, then the business unit. Each expansion is scoped and priced on its own merits.

Launch target is approximately 30 days from the date customer system access is granted. That is a target, not a guarantee — timelines depend on system access, data quality, security review and the availability of your team, and are confirmed in scope.

The wedge question

“Show us one important workflow where your employees have to move between multiple systems to get the job done.”

That single question does more than any capability deck. The workflow you name becomes the first target, and everything else follows from it.

Systems involved
Which systems the work touches, and what each one is the system of record for.
Human handoffs
Where the work changes hands, and where it waits.
Business impact
What the delay, the rework or the exception actually costs.
Permissions
Who is allowed to see and do what, and where approval is required.
Success metric
The one number that tells us whether this worked.
Agent opportunity
Which parts should be automated, which should be assisted, and which should stay human.
What we need from you

A short list, honestly answered.

Deployments slow down for predictable reasons. These are the ones that matter.

A named workflow owner
Access to the systems in scope
Someone who can approve permissions
Your security review requirements
Agreement on the success metric
A baseline we can measure from
Choosing the entry point

Which door you walk through.

One system needs AI access
Sleeper Connect
A single existing system made AI-ready through a managed, permissioned connection.
AI needs to work between systems
Mesh
The governed operating layer across the systems you already own.
Missing a system entirely
Purpose-built products
Where a specific operational gap needs a product rather than a layer.
None of the above
Strategic Review
We determine whether it belongs in Mesh, an existing product, a reusable extension, or a separately scoped build.

Start with the workflow.

Tell us where people are manually moving between systems. We will tell you what the right first step is — including when it is not us.
